Why should I sign up for the member portal?

The member portal provides you with round-the-clock access to all your key contract information via tablet or smartphone. You can also view any ongoing claims or report a new claim. The guides provide you with additional important information.

Where can I find my invoice number?

You will find the invoice number at the bottom right of your premium invoice, next to the page number. An invoice number will look something like this: 12 345 305 005.

What is my invoice date?

You will find the invoice date between the contact details of your personal advisor and the account overview. Please contact us should you require assistance – we will be happy to help you find your invoice date.

How can I add membership numbers?

You will receive a separate registration code by post for each membership number. You can either merge your membership numbers directly when you first register:

Or simply add them at a later date under “Administration / Add membership number” after logging in. It is not necessary to enter an additional e-mail address or create another account.

Can I still receive paper invoices?

Yes, paper invoices will continue to be issued until further notice. In addition, your personal risk advisor and the membership services of Gartenbau-Versicherung as well as all the communication channels you are familiar with will continue to be available to you as usual.
