We have been supporting students with a horticulture business background by offering this scholarship for several years now. In addition to providing purely financial support, we also offer various activities such as excursion days. In addition, we carry out joint projects, offer the scholarship holders internships and support them in their study-related work. If none of the advertised positions match your profile, but you are interested in joining our company, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited application. We will review your documents and see what we can do.
What application documents do I need to submit?
Please send us documents that give us an authentic impression of you and your qualifications. A short cover letter in which you tell us which position you are applying for is sufficient. And please also send us your CV and references from school or work.
How soon can I expect a reply?
You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us approximately 24 hours after we have received your application documents. Sometimes it may take a little longer. If you haven’t heard anything after a week, please contact our recruiting team.
What does the application process look like?
When you send us your application, we will confirm receipt. We will then review your documents. If we think that you and your qualifications are a good fit for the position, we will invite you to a virtual interview. This will help us get a better picture of who you are – and vice versa. If both sides are still interested in working together, we will meet in person here in Wiesbaden. The final decision will then be made in the following days.

Can I work from home?
Yes, you can work from home two days a week, and they don’t always have to be the same days of the week. In consultation with your team, you can choose where you work on a flexible basis. Of course, we will provide you with the appropriate equipment for working from home.

That depends. Many of our employees are on first-name terms, others prefer to be addressed as ”Sie“. The most important thing for us is that our employees feel comfortable. That’s why everyone can choose the form of address they prefer.

We work in full compliance with the law. You can be assured that we will delete your personal data in accordance with the GDPR no later than 6 months after you submit your documents.
What can I expect during my first days at Gartenbau-Versicherung?
It is very important to us that you get off to a good start. In your first week at work, we will introduce you to your new colleagues, show you around the building and familiarize you with the most important processes. During your induction, you can ask your mentor any questions you may have. This will make it easier for you to get to know your department and your new tasks. You will also complete our popular onboarding program and can look forward to a very well-structured induction.
